IDEO (StyleSpan)

This project was completed during my time as an Interaction Designer at IDEO. I was tasked with revisiting a previous IDEO initiative, Beyond the Bag, a service design project focused on reducing plastic waste in the shopping experience, and approaching the challenge through a new lens. As Interaction Designer, I led the exploration of the problem, conducted user research to uncover key pain points and opportunity areas, and designed a new service experience that met the needs of our consumers.
